ACT II Popcorn The Fun Snack!!

You haven't experienced popcorn untill you have tasted ACT II.
Bacon Cheddar Crisps
Wake up your taste buds with the flavor of popcorn mixed with fresh crisp bacon and sharp Cheddar cheese, melted together and baked for a terrific, tasty treat.
Ingredients:
8 c. popped ACT II® Microwave Popcorn, Butter flavor (approx. 2 bags)
4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. cooked and chopped bacon
1/4 c. chopped green onions
Directions:
Evenly divide the hot popped ACT II® Microwave Popcorn and place in a single layer on two nonstick jelly roll pans.
Evenly divide and sprinkle the cheese and bacon on both sheets in even, single layers.
Bake at 400° F for 8 to 10 minutes or to desired crispness.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with green onions.
Using a spatula, remove from the pan and let cool for 5 minutes.
Break into 2- x 2-inch chips.
Serve immediately.

Pizza Ria Poppacorna
Mama mia, it's Italian! Combining the flavors of pizza and ACT II® Microwave Popcorn, this zesty snack mix packs the tastes of Parmesan cheese and oregano. It's sure to please your party guests.
Ingredients:
10 c. popped ACT II® Microwave Popcorn, Butter flavor (approx. 2 1/2 bags)
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
1/2 tsp. oregano
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. Hunt's® Tomato Ketchup
Place hot, popped ACT II® Microwave Popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, dry salad dressing mix, and oregano.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and ketchup, then pour over popped corn, tossing gently to coat.
Sprinkle the dry salad dressing mixture over the popped corn, tossing again to evenly coat all pieces.
Spread the coated corn on a 15- x 10-inch baking sheet; bake at 350º F for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the baked corn; let cool 5 minutes.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Kung Pao Krunch
If you enjoy stir-fry sensations, you'll love this spicy ACT II® Microwave Popcorn snack mix seasoned with ginger and garlic.
Ingredients:
12 c. popped ACT II® Microwave Popcorn, Butter flavor (approx. 3 bags) 1 (3 oz.) can LaChoy® Chow Mein Noodles
1/2 c. party peanuts
2 c. dark corn syrup
1/3 c. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. oriental sesame oil
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the popped corn with chow mein noodles and peanuts and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, bring the corn syrup to a boil over medium heat.
Boil rapidly 7 minutes then remove from the heat.
Working quickly, stir in the remaining ingredients.
Pour over the popped corn mixture, tossing gently to coat.
Evenly spread the coated corn onto greased wax paper.
Using two forks, pull popcorn mixture as thinly as possible; allow to cool before breaking into smaller pieces.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
